Changing IRQ settings
Is there a know how to change the IRQ settings? What I see, on my computer so many devices that use IRQ 16. Use the onboard VGA, PCI Express VGA card, too, not to mention other devices. Is this going to be a problem? Ive tried to go into safe mode, but still can not be changed settingnya.

Have you tried changing them from the BIOS? I understand now rare motherboards that require users to set the IRQ settings manually. Just use the automatic settings. The operating system will take care of this problem. Usually it does not matter. Especially if the operating system you use also have the latest version like XP or Vista for example.
